My question:

How to add fonts to a workstation?

The Answer :

Copy to font directories ( /usr/openwin/lib/X11/fonts/*dpi ) all
the fonts that you want to add, then run "mkfontdir <font directory>",
this create the fonts.dir file for the searching of fonts. Then
run "xset fp rehash" , this cause the server to reread the font
database in the current font path. If you want to add a new
directory with fonts then you must to add this path to font path
with "xset fp+ <new font directory>".
