The problem is in.named memory leak/mismanagement,the appropriate one of
the following patches:
102479-01: SunOS 5.4: memory leak/mismanagement in in.named
102480-01: SunOS 5.4_x86: memory leak/mismanagement in in.named
However it is NOT one of the "publicly" available patches, so it is not
in the "free" section of the official sunsolve > ftp site.
You either have to find someone/somewhere to get it from, or you will
have to pay for a service contract.
