I am fighting a bit of a battle here and need a little
help from my Sun manager friends.
It seems that a few people here have taken to naming some
files and directories with non standard names such as
names with " " spaces in them or names with special characters
in them such as ' $ *
Of course when my backup runs it then spits up these file names
and does not back them up. This also causes me extra work for
checking backup output errors.
My question is, do you have to deal with this
at your site, and if so, what have you done about it?
