     You need to place an entry in /kernel/drv/st.conf, an ascii file. I
     hope the parameters needed are in your manual or available from the

     Did you 'boot -r' after installing the tape drive?

     We had to use /dev/rmt/0l or /dev/rmt/0ln to access the drive.
