They all suggested me to look into sendmail daemon which is the next one
after auditd in /etc/rc.local. They lead me a good way to isolate
problems.
My problem was solved. It was a NFS server hang problem.

I have a problem here!
One of our machine is running SunOS 4.1.2, and when it's booting, it hangs
after showing:

If I comment auditd out from /etc/rc.local, and reboot it, it hangs after
