Hello Sun Managers,

Tanks to all that have answered.
I will test the conection, and see if it works well.

following are your comments:

1) SS10 has BRI/ISDN interface on-board so all you need is
   SunLink ISDN 1.0.2 enabling kit.
2) You MUST have Euro-ISDN and not a national standard ISDN
3) On the Cisco you will need a T/A if its does not have ISDN.
4) The SunLink ISDN speaks PPP so set the Cisco to PPP and
   synchronous 64K mode.

Have not tested the Cisco for a long time. We now recomend the
very inexpensive NetBlazer LS or SMCC ISDN card for ISDN connectivity.
But I see no problem.

Hi Victor

I try that over the summer without much success. I was using PPP as the protocal over the ISDn. Unfortunely, the protocals were not matching up. The furtherest I got was the network layer. But keep me post on any new developments. Thanks

We have Sparc 4/5's in a network with various Cisco 2500's (including a 2503) with no problems. We have our Sparc's default route set to one of the cisco's and let cisco eigrp (??) routing handle the rest.

In general, routers can only talk to routers over ISDN lines. The 2503 has an ISDN line that can only talk to other (Cisco) routers, as routers have their own router to router protocol. Cisco has a new series of cheap routers (the 1000 series) that may be a solution to your situation.
