SUMMARY: Changing parameters from limits.h (PIPE_BUF)

Hello,
I own the list a SUMMARY about the request concerning the change of the
parameter

   PIPE_BUF 5120

in limits.h on Solaris 2.3/2.4 systems.

Basically it looks like you can not change it and nobody knows why it is 5120
and not 8192 or .... on Suns.
Actually I havn't received anything so I'm wondering if my original question
made it to the list :-)
