I am in desperate need of the format.dat entries for a Seagate HAWK 4
Family: ST15230N/ND drive. I'm running SunOS 4.1.3. A summary will be posted

I have 5 of these disks, sold by Artecon. Here are the format specs
provided by Artecon:

This is from the Seagate Installation Guide:

  1 Standard units are factory formatted with 512 data bytes per

Don't have such a beast myself, but something I found useful for another HAWK
drive was scsiinfo:

# A program which queries a SCSI drive for its parameters and generates a
