I thought I would much more answers, but...
Proposed solutions : use lsof to find out what processes still have open
files on the CD. I'm searching now for the gcc compiler.
try another eject (a second one). Nothing has changed.
switch the CD off and/or kill any process started while
on it. Can not switch the CD off. It's in the server
pack... Can't find what processes are to kill.
cd to somewhere else than /cdrom/... Already had check
it out.
REBOOT : what I finally did (before getting the compiled
lsof - that'll for the next time)
