Hello Sun Managers,
Thanks for the replies. The responses from the list were varied
and differed in opinion, and thus I just jumped into the installation.
The conclusion is that
(a) There doen't seem to be any available support under 4.1.3_U1
(b) SunOS 4.1.4 and 5.4(a.k.a. Solaris 2.4) DO support the SS4 tcx
framebuffer.

Subject: Sparc 4 & tcx Framebuffer support on 4.1.3_U1
Hello Sun Managers,
I have the following question, although I already am suspicious
about the answer; is there support for the tcx framebuffer of the SS4's
on 4.1.3_U1? The OS installs, but has got no definitions for this
framebuffer. I'm assuming I'm going to have to go to 4.1.4 on this
machine, right?
