ORIGINAL QUESTION:

I have a SPARCprinter connected to SparcStation 10 running SunOS 4.1.3
after cancelling one huge print job, and OFF-ON the SPARCprinter,
the display panel at SPARCprinter display "U4" and there's no light
on all the 5 status light, and when I send a printjob, it queue, and
after that just dissappear with no printout.

has anybody faced this type of problem before ?
(for your information, I can't find the SPARCprinter Manual)

ANSWER:

U4 on The fuser Turn the power swith off,
has failed. then on. If the error
                                        persists, consult Sun
                                        customer support.

I believe there is a panel in the front of the SPARCprinter where
the fuser resides. You can probably order and replace the part
yourself.

Good Luck.
