SUMMARY: mutex_adaptive_exit problem

Thanks to all who responded.

This seems to be a fairly common problem on SPARC 10's.

I have installed the following two patches:

        101406-01
        101318-54

Too early to tell if this is the solution, but from the
responses I have received, it looks like they will...
