Not much response to this one. I guess nobody else is trying to do it.
Dave Alden <alden@math.ohio-state.edu> pointed me to an updated version of
lpr-sol2 at ftp.nus.sg:/pub/NUS/ISCS/misc/lpr-sol2-p2.tar.gz, but I couldn't
get this to work either. At this point I'm giving up and going back to driving
the printer from a machine running Solaris 1.1.
