Second go at a summary to include useful input received
after the first summary.
Jon Valdes (valdes@geosun.uchicago.edu) pointed out that
the SGI X Server doesn't have the Palatino fonts
required for answerbook to display correctly. He suggested
a few ways of getting type1 fonts from PC's or MACS.
This prompted me to scan the SGI literature.
I found a utility called:
convertmacfont
on the SGI. I used this to convert fonts from the MAC to the SGI. I put
these in the directory:
/usr/lib/DPS/outline/base
and low and behold - answerbook in all it's glory !
Thanks to all that responded.
