Well, I got my answer rather quickly,
There is no way ( at least right now) for audio files to travel across the SCSI
bus and to play as output onto
the Sparc external Speaker Box. Audio just does not do that right now on the
Suns.
I have a new twist on this: is it possible to take a cord and have the ouput
from the CDROM headphone
jack plugged into the Speaker box's input jack, or is that only for true
microphones. Mark Anderson
stated that the audio port does not support high-fidelity. I'd still like some
opinions. I will summarize
again.
