SUMMARY: ld.so: map heap error

Hi managers,

_some_ users can not start openwin on _some_ machines.
Until now this occured only on SunOS 4.4.4 Sparc1 s (openwin 3).

The system answers with :"ld.so: map heap error".

What causes this error? What can I do to make them be able
to start openwin again?

Any help appreciated.

The answer was to apply $OPENWINHOME/lib/OSpatches/install_4.1.1patches.
