I am sorry if you have seen this before, but somebody pointed to me that
I did not post it right.

Thanks to the quick response of sanford@lsil.com (Sanford Whitehouse).
The problem was:
WIN ioctl number 40646729: Illegal seek
WIN ioctl number 4010672d: Illegal seek
WIN ioctl number 40646729: Illegal seek
WIN ioctl number 40646729: Illegal seek
WIN ioctl number 40646729: Illegal seek
Can't open neighbor /dev/win-65536
xnews: Error: Error installing device SunWindows
xnews: Error: Error creating framebuffer (/dev/fb)

The solution is:
/dev/win* does not have the right permission, ie: crw-rw-rw
