This is easy to bypass in your server...you just have to make sure the rpc-
ping command is udp, and inetd will start you everytime. Other connections
can be by tcp.
Alan Humphery's fix for cm this handles this correctly as well as the "for my
eyes only" and others that proxy-cmsd gets wrong.
