In summary of the responses, two main points have come out:
(1) Online: Backup appears to be a good package. All responders who
used it thought it was very good (although the documentation left
room for improvement...).
(2) Online: Backup will *NOT* be bundled with Solaris 2.3. I had an
Early Release document from Sun -- dated May, 1993 -- and this
package was apparently yanked from the distribution sometime
around August. Oh, well...
Thanks to those who responded. Current SunExpress price for Online:
Backup is $600 for single user, but note that you need it on all machines
that you intend to backup.
