Sorry this is so late, but I guess I was hoping to get an answer.
I didn't get many responses, just a few people asking me where I got
the original source.

I am not certain if the is the correct forum, but any ideas/comment/suggestions/whatever
would be appreciated. (Except directions to places my mother wouldn't approve
of! :-)
We recently installed (successfully) crttool version 2.8. This version,
however, does not compile under Solaris. This being the case, we
tried to upgrade to crttool version 2.11. This compiled fine under
both 4.x and 5.x, except for one problem: PF keys 6, 8, 10 and
12 do not work -- the up, left, right and down arrows work
in their stead.
We've tried contacting the author who has not yet responded. We have users
waiting on this product, so I turn to you.
