Managers,
        The list came through. Thanks to those who replied, saved us a lot of
downtime (and wasted money) on a machine we pay contractors to use.

        The solution was to depress locking buttons on the rails to allow the
SMD drive to slide out the front.

Simple - but if you have never done it before, or can't see rails for dust and
fluff, quite a problem.
