The reason for the wrong burst page is that Berkeley's lpr does really
obnoxious things to get the username for a print job. It relies
on information in the /etc/utmp file which is typically unreliable.
Thing is that if you send a print job from something connected to a
non-login pty, for instance an emacs buffer in shell-mode,
lpr obtains the username from the entry in /etc/utmp for that pty.
One have to run a tool that deletes /etc/utmp entries for inactive pty-s.
I will look at a tool free_pty, which is available on the internet
from iesd.auc.dk (/pub/free_pty.shar.Z)
