Seems like I mixed up some important details....
Anyway, I tried to add an old, second-hand, 'shoe-box' containing just a
141Mb disk to an old Sun 3/50.
At first I ran into problems with the scsi-terminators, but that was quite
easy to fix. What was a little bit trickier was to configure the kernel correct.
I managed to configure it as the 2nd disk on the first controller, which
of course wasn't there. The drive should be configured as 'sd2' (first disk on
the second controller) with the line:
disk sd2 at si0 drive 010 flags 0
in the config-file.
Several replies also included a description on how the calculate the correct
drive-number which is an OCTAL number.
