I received many responses, all indicating the same
"Known Bugs" section of the 4.1.1 rev b. installation
manual. I apologize for not looking there first.(:-(

I am trying to reload my disk from the SUN OS tapes and
I am receiving this error.

I beleive this is a memory problem but I am not sure.
Any ideas will be helpful.
