"Known Bugs" section of the 4.1.1 rev b. installation

Subject: Boot problem.
SUN IPC 8meg, 200 meg disk, SUN OS 4.1.1 rev b. 1/4"
tape drive from a SUN 386i connected directly to the
IPC
I am trying to reload my disk from the SUN OS tapes and
I am receiving this error.
> b st()
Probing Memory Bank #: 1 2 3 4 5
Booting from: st(0,0,0)
panic: mmu_getpmg

I beleive this is a memory problem but I am not sure.
