SUMMARY: Description of all valid format.dat fields

Sorry to have bothered all of you. I made the false assumption that
if it wasn't in SunSolve, Answerbook, or the on-line manual pages,
that it wouldn't be in the printed manual pages.

Thanks to "zeke@mpl.UCSD.EDU (Rob Scott)", who told me to look in the
'System and Network Administrators Guide'.

I guess Sun is still a bit away from obsoleting the printed manuals :-)
