Well, it wasn't that complicated... the simple answer was that there were to
few /dev/pty's and /dev/win's. Running MAKEDEV with the full set of both pty (0-15)
and win (0-3) enabeled to users to have several more windows opened at the same time.
A little bit confusing was the entry in /sys/sun4m/conf/SDST which already had
the value of 256 for both pty and win. Especially as the MAKEDEV script says:
"# win* (up to) 128 windows"
