SUMMARY: new SCSI drives not seen by 4/470

My kernel was not seeing two new SCSI drives, but the computer
seemed to be accessing them in console tests.

David Fetrow <fetrow@biostat.washington.edu>
 suggested that the relevant SCSI ids were commented out in the
kernel. He was correct. That was the problem

Thanks also to mrh@io.nosc.mil (Mike Halderman), who reminded me
to make sure the /dev entries for the relevant drives were present.
