Summary Hitachi DK516C-16 format.dat entries

In response to my plea for Hitachi DK516C-16 format.dat
entries I have only got a single reply. This is listed first
below. None of the entries I have agree, the figures from the drive spec
are:
        2172 cylinders
        15 heads
        81 sectors per track

the suggestions for format.dat are:

My vote would be to use the format.faq entry but with nsect=81. Does
anyone have the canonical entry?
