I know I should post directly to the list, but this fact isn't very known,
and it shure keeps you puzzled when it hits you:

SparcStation 1 and 1+ will hang during the selftest if the SCSI fuse is
blown. No L1-A to get out, it just sits there. This fact isn't even documented
in the SUN field engeneer manual!
