SUMMARY: NFS ro to most, rw to more than 10, 4.0.3

My original message asked how, under 4.0.3, could I export a
filesystem to one host read-only and to more than ten hosts
read-write. The problem being that the -rw option in the 4.0.3
exports seems to limit you to ten hosts.

I got a million replys saying "use netgroups", which I knew about, but
unfortunately we don't run YP and don't intend to. I should have
asked if there was anyway to do it without NIS.
