The suggestions I gots are the following programs:
EtherView - cost about $2000
traffic (SunView) - no statistic collection on the whole network
SunNet Manager - cost about $3000 (We might look into this)
There is another Public Domain network spy program out there. If anybody is
interested, please contact JPMvOorschot@et.tudelft.nl for more information.
